Our company was founded by professors from well-renowned academic institutions such as IE University, Stanford University, and UC Berkeley with the purpose of providing a new way to assess & measure the individual impact.

These outstanding professors include Paris De L’Etraz (IE University), Ikhlaq Sidhu (UC Berkeley), and Mike Lepech (Stanford University) who have dedicated time, effort, and mentorship to develop and grow HelloChange.

Our team currently has over 20 active members and is continuing to expand. Between us, we have over 10 different nationalities and speak 5 different languages.
